Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Motivational Interviewing (MI)
MI is used to enhance one’s readiness and certainly help you to understand, what you know about your willingness and motivation for change. In doing so, MI supports by helping clients explore and resolve ambivalence. It’s more focused and goal-directed.
Individual Therapy
This process is used to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors in an individual session. As a result, in sessions, you are expected to identify and when ready, will work through challenging influential memories. So in this process, you will learn to develops a better understanding of yourself and others. In return, you will be expected to learn how to set personal goals and work toward the desired change.
Group Therapy
This process is often helpful for people to no longer feel alone. Among like-minded people, you will learn to receive validation and support while being honest.
