Cognitive-behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Motivational Interviewing (MI)
This is a directive therapeutic style. MI is used to enhance one’s readiness and certainly help you to understand, what you know about your willingness and motivation for change. In doing so, MI supports by helping clients explore and resolve ambivalence. In Comparison with non-directive counseling, it’s more focused and goal-directed.
This process is used to explore feelings, beliefs, or behaviors in an individual session. As a result, in sessions, you are expected to identify and when ready, will work through challenging influential memories. However, this will help to identify what aspect of your lives that you would like to change. So in this process, you will learn to develops a better understanding of yourself and others. In return, you will be expected to learn how to set personal goals and work toward the desired change.
